Donation terms

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern the making of donations to Fundacja Edukacji Globalnej – Global Education Foundation, based in Wrocław (ul. Nyska 59, 50-505 Wrocław, Poland), KRS 0001243721, NIP 8993059846, REGON 544850987 (the “Foundation”).
  2. Donations can be made via the website fundacjaedukacjiglobalnej.pl, in the “Support” section.

§2. Donations

  1. A donation is a voluntary, non-refundable and gratuitous monetary contribution towards the Foundation's statutory purposes. The donor receives no goods or services in return.
  2. Donations are accepted in Polish złoty (PLN). The minimum donation is 5 PLN.
  3. The Foundation uses the funds received to pursue its statutory purposes.

§3. How to donate

  1. Payments are handled by PayU S.A., based in Poznań (ul. Grunwaldzka 186), a national payment institution supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF).
  2. Available payment methods include BLIK, payment card and instant bank transfer.
  3. To make a donation, the donor provides their first name, last name and email address, and is then redirected to PayU's secure payment page.

§4. Personal data

  1. The Foundation is the controller of donors' personal data. Data is processed to handle and settle the donation, send a confirmation and meet accounting and tax obligations.
  2. Detailed rules on data processing are set out in the Privacy policy available on the Foundation's website.

§5. Confirmation and complaints

  1. Once a donation is recorded, the Foundation sends a confirmation to the email address provided.
  2. Complaints about payments can be submitted to kontakt@fundacjaedukacjiglobalnej.pl. The Foundation handles complaints within 14 days.
  3. Donations are voluntary and, as a rule, non-refundable. In the case of an erroneous donation (e.g. wrong amount, duplicate payment), the donor may request a refund by contacting the Foundation within 14 days of the payment.

§6. Final provisions

  1. The Foundation reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code.
